Sexting: What Should You Do? (Asia Region)

This video addresses sexting or the sharing of sending photographs or messages that are sexual through a mobile phone. It covers the potential negative consequences of sending naked photos, such as with friends or on the Internet. It also references how there may be legal consequences as it can be considered child pornography or sexual harassment, depending on where you live. The video emphasizes that while feeling attracted to someone is totally normal, there are other ways to show someone you like them.

This lesson plan is one of 9 individual, scripted lesson plans available to support in-school or out-of-school delivery of comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) in Southeast Asia. The scripted lesson plans are designed to incorporate AMAZE educational videos that address the lesson plan topics and can be used to supplement existing lesson plans or resources that you may already be using to deliver CSE.
