What Is Circumcision?

You may have noticed in the locker room or in a movie that some penises have skin covering the tip and others do not. Soon after birth, some parents choose to have foreskin removed from the tip of the penis, which changes the appearance of the penis. That’s called circumcision. There may be some differences in how people clean their penis depending on circumcision, but from urination to ejaculation, circumsized and uncircumsized penises work the same way. [AA-033]
