What is Social Anxiety? (Asia Region)

This video differentiates being shy, nervous, or anxious with social anxiety, which is when these feelings can overwhelm someone. It explains that these feelings of anxiety are more intense and can be paralysing to some people. The video also encourages youth to talk to a trained counselor to navigate how to best manage these feelings.
