No area of society seems to be off limits; including sex education. This year we have seen support grow for instruction that is not only comprehensive, but is inclusive, intersectional, and reflects positive, age-appropriate messaging. While AMAZE content has always been comprehensive, many of our videos can also be used to open up important conversations about social diversity, and help to advance social justice efforts for those who are being marginalized. This session includes a discussion of how social justice relates to sex education, as well as a review of strategies, including AMAZE videos, that can be used to center social justice in the sex ed classroom.
